VisualGPT (visualgpt.io) reviewed: what the $72 to $720 plans really buy, credit costs per model, monthly credit expiry, refunds and commercial rights.

VisualGPT (visualgpt.io) is a browser-based AI studio that puts dozens of image, video and design tools behind a single credit balance. It doesn't build its own headline models. Instead it gives you access to third-party ones, including GPT Image 2 and 2.5, Nano Banana, Seedream, Midjourney, Kling, Veo and Seedance, and charges credits each time you use one.
That makes the pricing page only half the story. What matters is how many credits each tool burns, whether unused credits survive the month, and what happens if you want your money back. We went through VisualGPT's pricing page, credits policy, subscription policy, terms, privacy policy and help centre as they stood on October 13, 2026. This review covers what the plans really cost, how far the credits go, and the places where the site's own pages contradict each other.
VisualGPT's footer and terms name the operator as ZINGKODE LTD. The site itself names no country, and the governing-law clause in its terms reads, literally, "governed by the laws of us". A third-party Cypriot registry lists a ZINGKODE LIMITED (reg. no. HE468095) registered on November 26, 2024 in Strovolos, Nicosia. That's the only location we could tie to the company, and it doesn't come from the vendor.
The product runs only in the browser. The help centre says "Currently, we don't have a dedicated app", so ignore App Store listings called VisualGPT, which come from a different seller. Sign-in is Google-only: "Currently, we only support logging in with Google accounts."
The left toolbar groups everything into three areas: AI Image, AI Room and AI Visual. The site's sitemap lists more than 150 tool pages, which fall into roughly six groups:

According to the homepage FAQ, VisualGPT gives you access to "the world's top AI models - including GPT Image 2, Nano Banana Pro, Seedance, Seedream, and Kling". The credits policy has a longer list:
That's the main reason to use VisualGPT: one login and one balance covering models you'd otherwise need several accounts to reach. The downside is that the quality of what you get is decided by those third-party models. VisualGPT controls the price you pay to reach them.

There are four subscription tiers plus one-time credit packs. The pricing page shows large '% OFF' badges next to struck-through list prices of $10, $50, $200 and $600 a month. Those list prices aren't what anyone pays. Here are the annual figures the page states in plain text:
The vendor's page loads monthly prices with JavaScript. AutoGPT.net's listing (updated October 5, 2026) gives them as $8 for Starter, $19 for Basic, $39 for Pro and $89 for Ultra. Those numbers match VisualGPT's own "Save $X compared to monthly" lines exactly ($24, $48, $228 and $348), so we think they're accurate. Still, they come from a third party, not from the pricing page.
The size of the annual discount depends on which part of the page you read. The FAQ says "approximately 20% savings", the subscription policy says a "20% discount", the billing toggle says "Save 90% OFF", and the plan badges range from 40% to 90%. Our calculation from the monthly prices above gives about 25% off on Starter, 21% on Basic, 49% on Pro and 33% on Ultra.
Packs are a one-time purchase, and the credits are marked "Permanent": 200 credits for $20, 1,000 for $39, 2,000 for $59, 3,000 for $89, 5,000 for $149, 10,000 for $299 and 50,000 for $999. Prices are in US dollars, payment goes through Stripe, and the help centre says you'll need an international credit card.
The 1,000-credit pack works out to $0.039 per credit, about the same as Basic billed monthly ($19 for 500 credits, or $0.038). The difference is that pack credits never expire and Basic's expire every month. If you use VisualGPT in bursts, a pack is usually better value than a subscription.
Each plan advertises "Up to" 100, 500, 2,000 or 6,000 images a month. That's one image per credit, which only holds for the cheapest tools. According to the credits policy, these are the per-image costs:
Video is charged by the second. Kling 3.0 at 720p costs 10 credits a second without audio and 16 with it, rising to 35 and 56 at 4K. Veo3.1 Quality costs 50 credits a second at 720p and 75 at 4K. Seedance 2.0 with an image input ranges from 15 credits a second at 480p to 158 at 4K. MiniMax H3 costs 10 credits a second at 768P.
The video allowances work the same way. Pro advertises "Up to 250 videos/month" from 2,000 credits, which is 8 credits per video. Under the per-second rates above, that's less than one second of Kling 3.0 at 720p. Realistically, 2,000 credits buys about 25 five-second Kling clips with audio, or about 33 six-second MiniMax H3 clips.
Free users can claim 10 credits a day by logging in. The credits policy says those credits are valid for 24 hours and can be claimed "for 7 consecutive days". The homepage, by contrast, promises daily credits with "no credit card required and no time limit". We couldn't work out which is correct. You can also earn permanent reward credits, and the help centre says sharing once a day earns 5.
Ten credits gets you about ten background removals, or three low-quality GPT Image 2 images (GPT Image 2.5 on the free tier costs 3 credits at Low quality). The plan comparison table lists free history storage as 15 days and download quality as "Standard" against "High-Quality" on paid plans. According to the homepage, paid plans unlock "high-resolution downloads up to 4K". Since it also says paid downloads are "watermark-free", free downloads probably carry a watermark, but no page says so outright. We found no free trial of the paid plans.
These rules matter most when something goes wrong. VisualGPT's pages also disagree on several of them, so we've set out what each page says rather than pick one version.
The subscription policy says unused credits "do not roll over, do not accumulate, and will automatically expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle, regardless of whether the subscription is paid monthly or annually." So an annual Starter plan doesn't give you 1,200 credits up front. You get 100 a month, and whatever you don't use is gone. Subscription credits are used before pack credits.
Monthly plans renew automatically. The subscription policy says "Annual plans do not auto-renew upon expiration", but the terms say subscriptions "automatically renew at the end of each period without notice until you cancel". To cancel, the subscription policy points to the My Subscriptions page, while the terms point to Profile, then My Plan. Either way, a cancelled monthly plan stays active until the end of the billing period and then drops to free.
Our reading: every plan and almost every pack carries a '% OFF' badge, so most purchases could fall under the 'discounted' exclusion. The vendor hasn't said whether it applies the rule that way, but treat any purchase as non-refundable.
According to the credits policy, a result blocked "due to content safety restrictions" is "still counted as a credit usage". The help centre says an image that wasn't generated successfully "won't count as an attempt". Expect to pay for blocked prompts.
The pricing FAQ says "Every image you create on VisualGPT comes with full commercial rights." The homepage FAQ says free-plan images "are for personal, non-commercial use", and that commercial rights apply to output from a paid subscription or Lifetime Credits, continuing after you cancel. The terms don't address who owns the output. If you need images for client work, generate them on paid credits.
The privacy policy (last updated October 12, 2026) makes a "Zero AI Model Training Commitment". It says VisualGPT doesn't use your uploads, outputs or prompts to train its models, and that third-party model providers "are expressly prohibited from retaining your images long-term" or training on your data. Data is stored "on servers in the United States or in other territories." You must be at least 18 to use the service.
On storage and deletion, the pages disagree again. The privacy policy says saved images stay until you delete them. The help centre says "We do not store your images on our servers". The pricing table limits free history to 15 days. The privacy policy says you can delete your account from the dashboard, but the help centre says "Currently, we don't support deleting accounts yet." Keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.
VisualGPT makes sense if you want occasional access to many models without paying for several separate accounts, especially if most of your work is cheap tasks like background removal, upscaling or low-quality GPT Image 2.5. In that case the 1,000-credit pack at $39 is the safest way in: the credits don't expire, and you aren't relying on renewal terms that the site itself states two different ways.
It's a weaker choice for regular video work or high-end image models. At 15 to 25 credits per Nano Banana Pro image or 50 credits per second of Veo3.1 Quality, the smaller plans run out fast, and the credits reset every month either way. Outside opinion is thin too: Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 3.3 from only three reviews, one of which complains about the 15-day project deletion and expiring credits. That's too few reviews to tell you much.

Billed annually, VisualGPT costs $72, $180, $240 or $720 a year for Starter, Basic, Pro and Ultra ($6 to $60 a month). Monthly billing is $8, $19, $39 or $89 according to AutoGPT.net, which matches the savings figures VisualGPT publishes. Lifetime packs start at $20 for 200 credits.
No. Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle, even on annual plans, and can't be restored. Only credits from Lifetime packs and earned reward credits are permanent.
Only within 24 hours of your first purchase, and only if you haven't used any credits. The subscription policy also excludes renewals and discounted purchases, while the terms limit refunds to system bugs. Since almost every price on the site is shown as discounted, assume you won't get a refund.
Yes, if you made them on a paid subscription or with Lifetime Credits. According to the homepage, that right continues after you cancel. Free-plan output is described as personal, non-commercial use, although the pricing FAQ claims every image has full commercial rights.
Its privacy policy says no. It commits to not training on your uploads, outputs or prompts, and says third-party model providers are prohibited from training on them or keeping them long-term.
Cancel from your account. The subscription policy calls the page My Subscriptions, and the terms call it Profile, then My Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period and then reverts to free. Cancel at least a day before renewal, because a renewed month isn't refundable.
No. VisualGPT is web-only and says it doesn't have a dedicated app. Apps in the App Store with the same name come from a different seller. You can only log in with a Google account.
